1. Opportunity in Retail such as accountant, sales clerk, etc. Retail shops are open 12 to 18 hours per day with many being open round the clock. There are certain times of the day are busier than others so it makes sense to choose time wisely.
2. Opportunity in the fast food and restaurant industry such as waiters/waitresses, hamburger flippers, bus boys, dishwashers, cashiers, etc. Business for companies in this industry varies according to time of day, day of week and monthly so does your salary.
3. Opportunity in Bank. Once again, there are times of the day and days of the week that are busier than other so staffing rotate. Some banks do hire full time employee and have them work a split shift ex. 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. . Then leave and return to work from say, 4 p.m. to 8 p.m. for the after work crowd.
4. Opportunity as school Teacher. Licensing and education requirements for regular public school teachers tend to be very limited, where as for substitute teachers, one only needs a four year college degree.
Employees uses various ways to fill entry level jobs & there are many jobs that’s not even advertised. Some employers attend job fairs and some use their network to find employees. Companies also hire at various times of the year, with many surprising jobs opening up whole year. Search for entry level job opening, find out which employer hiring fresh grads, and gain the expertise you need to grow your career.
